What’s on this week - Week 3 - Term 3  Olympic Week!

Monday / Rᾱhina -

Breakfast Club is open,

new homework given out.  

Powhiri for new students at 10 past 9.  

Whanau are all welcome.  

Kapahaka last 2 blocks with Whaea Lesley and Matua Frank.  

Tuesday / Rᾱtū -

Technology at Makoura College for yr 7 and 8 students.  All long hair tied up and covered shoes are a must. A container if you are cooking please.   

Yr 6’s from Rms 12/13 will be with Mrs MacGregor for Drama,Enviro (projects) and Leadership skills.  

At 1pm we will be visiting our Whanau Olympic Groups in preparation for tomorrow's ‘School Olympics Day.’

Wednesday / Rᾱapa -  

Breakfast Club,

fitness,

School Olympics day.  All students are expected to participate in this fun day.

Thursday / Rᾱpare -

Breakfast Club is open.

Fitness.

Reliever in Room 13.

Friday / Rᾱmere -

Sausage Sizzle order on the S.L.S. deck before school.

Football Tournament from 10am till 2pm.  Mrs Harnden / Mrs Kennedy and Matua will be with our students for the day and please feel free to come along and support your child.

Chocolates for Camp fundraising are due this week.  If you have ordered Chocolates for camp fundraising, I will be sending them home this week.  If you have ordered both milk and dark chocolate, I will send home one box of each.  If you have ordered only 1 variety - I will only send home one box, unless I have a note from you.  Once this box is sold, I will give out the next one.  Each box has a ‘sold’ value of $72.00 and all of this money must come to school. Each bar sells for $2.00. For each box sold, $24.00 will get deducted off your camp fees.  Please talk to your children about keeping safe when selling and it is a great idea if they go with an adult or another person.   We will also talk to the students about how to sell chocolates safely as well.  Happy selling [and eating]
